Payment and shipping
Terms of delivery
Terms of
delivery:
Shipment is possible by delivery services. Postage and freight expenses
are chargeable to the customer.
Shipping costs:
We deliver the ordered products to Italy an in different European
Countries. The costs for the transport from Italy to another European
country and USA are the same: 20 Euro all over Europe and
USA. After we have received your payment on our bank
account we pack the order and deliver the ordered products to your
home.
Delivery time:
Most products can be delivered after we received the payment within
10 days. In case a product may not be immediately available, you will
receive a backlog note. The missing position will be delivered as soon
as possible. In some cases delivery times may be longer than planned.
In such cases we ask for your patience and understanding.
Prices:
The prices are showed prices with VAT for customers in Italy or within
the EU states and USA. We would like to emphasize that we have to
reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Prices maybe change without notification from our supplier.
But we will update our price list upon notification from supplier.
In addition printing errors may occur in the price list.
Terms of payment:
Goods delivered by postal services after the payment has been done.
We only deliver goods after a successfull payment.We only accept
bank transfer in advance.
Reservation of proprietary rights:
Unless completely paid, all goods delivered stay in our property.
Right of Revocation:
With confirming the order pressing the bottom "Confirm" you will have a
contract with us, TAGLIERIA SAN GIORGIO VIA DOSSI 33/A 35020
TERRASSA PADOVANA - ITALIA. On articles bought in our onlineshop
www.lyddawear.com, you have a right of revocation under Italian Law
D.Lgs. n° 185/99. This means, that you can revoke your contract within
7 days (=1 week). The revocation period starts when you have
received the ordered goods.
In case of revocation, first of all it is necessary to contact us by e-mail
(whitin 7 days) and inform us about the revocation, then you return the
goods (also if longer than 7 days but not more than 30 days) at the
adress TAGLIERIA SAN GIORGIO VIA DOSSI 33/A 35020
TERRASSA PADOVANA - ITALIA. The customer have to pay the
shippingcosts. After the return (the goods must to be intact), we cancel
the contract and we refund the payment (shippingcosts all excluses).
You cannot revocate in thee following cases: if you are not a private
person (company), if the goods are not able to ship them back or if the
returned good is damaged.
