| Terms of delivery Terms of delivery: Shipment is possible by delivery services. Postage and freight expenses are chargeable to the customer. Shipping costs: We deliver the ordered products to Italy an in different European Countries. The costs for the transport from Italy to another European country and USA are the same: 19 Euro all over Europe and USA. After we have received your payment on our bank account we pack the order and deliver the ordered products to your home. Delivery time: Most products can be delivered after we received the payment within 10 days. In case a product may not be immediately available, you will receive a backlog note. The missing position will be delivered as soon as possible. In some cases delivery times may be longer than planned. In such cases we ask for your patience and understanding. Prices: The prices are showed prices with VAT for customers in Italy or within the EU states and USA. We would like to emphasize that we have to reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices maybe change without notification from our supplier. But we will update our price list upon notification from supplier. In addition printing errors may occur in the price list. Terms of payment: Goods delivered by postal services after the payment has been done. We only deliver goods after a successfull payment.We only accept bank transfer in advance. Reservation of proprietary rights: Unless completely paid, all goods delivered stay in our property. |
